PRODUCTION

1-Color Imprint Production Time is 5 business days. Production Time for 2,3 or 4-color imprint is 7 to 10 business days. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Custom Printed Balloon orders cannot be returned or refunded

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If balloons don't hold helium, have holes, there is a typographical error caused by our art department or if the print is smeared, only these conditions can qualify the product as defective. 

SHIPPING
We do not gaurantee delivery date or on time delivery as this is the shipping carrier's responsibility.

PRINTING & PACKAGING
All prices for custom printed balloons include balloon and silk-screen imprint.

PACKAGING
Balloons are packaged in poly bags and shipped uninflated.

ART ACCEPTENCE
We accept AI, EPS, PDF Vectror art black & white files. All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves.
